This is a Billy Reid size XS/S linen shirt dress. It is navy blue, measurements are in the pictures.
I believe it would have originally come with a matching waist sash (I believe the loop at the neckline was where you hung the sash when stored).
I also included pictures of the hem of each sleeve. There is a visible crease and raw hemline, so it makes me think perhaps the sleeves were originally hemmed with a fold, but there are no loose threads, so I don’t know for sure.
No other flaws that I can see. The fabric is nice and light and it has pockets!
