Delivery and Payment Method

Once you place your order, we will contact you by phone to confirm your details and address any questions you may have. Your rug will then be carefully packaged and shipped under the best conditions to be delivered to your door within 48 hours.

Payment is made on delivery, in cash, with the possibility to inspect the rug before payment. This service is completely free and valid only in Morocco.

For orders outside Morocco, payment must be made in advance. Once the payment is received, we will proceed with shipping your order.
