It's a 2-pocket utility shirt/jacket in the 59 Leaf Pattern camouflage, worn by U.S. military advisors of the ARVN (Army of the Republic of Vietnam) during the Vietnam War. I purchased it from the original wearer, who was a military advisor in Hong Kong.
Size is M according to the tag.
